Role & responsibilities 1. Define and implement clinical governance and quality framework, in line with the companys vision and objectives 2. Ensure 100% adherence to defined policies and SOPs to drive focus on quality assurance (e.g., through audits, mock drills etc) 3. Collect Clinical Outcome Dashboard Data from Units and analyse it to find gaps vs. target / benchmark on each clinical outcome KPI for a particular Unit 4. Organize clinical governance / committee meetings, set the agenda, note down and follow up on completion of actions emerging from these meetings 5. Train staff on SOPs, quality control and infection control programmes 6. Lead efforts to achieve suitable quality accreditations for the company (QAI, NABH, JCI, etc) • Conduct audit to ensure that delivery of all services are within QAI/NABH/JCI prescribed norms, timelines and quality measures 7. Prepare and share periodic quality dashboards and reports with senior management, along with recommendations to enhance clinical outcomes 8. Keep abreast with latest techniques and technology which may enhance clinical outcomes 9. Liaison regularly with ICMR and other regulatory bodies to anticipate changes in policy guidelines/protocols, etc. Preferred candidate profile MBA in Hospital Management/ Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management of Hospital & Healthcare • Certified NABH auditor (preferred) 8-10 years of experience in clinical quality and governance; should have led the function for a large IVF chain for at least 2-3 years Should have led quality accreditations • Should be willing to travel Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong program management and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels • Should be able to work under pressur
