About this Role: As a Clinical Validation Specialist at Noccarc, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical testing and validation of our ICU ventilators and other critical care devices. You will work closely with the product development, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure that our devices meet the highest clinical performance and safety standards. Your role will involve collaborating with hospitals, conducting ex-vivo and in-clinic validation studies, and providing critical feedback for product enhancement. This is a hands-on role requiring direct engagement with healthcare professionals and patient care environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct clinical validation tests of ICU ventilators and respiratory care devices in hospital and laboratory settings. 2. Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and ICU staff to assess product performance and optimize usability in real-world clinical scenarios. 3. Design and execute ex-vivo and in-clinic testing protocols to validate device functionality, accuracy, and safety. 4. Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to provide insights for product improvements and regulatory compliance. 5. Document findings, prepare validation reports, and contribute to regulatory submissions. 6. Identify and troubleshoot device performance issues, providing feedback to the engineering and R&D teams for product refinements. 7. Assist in developing clinical workflows and best practices for the use of Noccarc ventilators in ICU settings. 8. Conduct competitor benchmarking studies to ensure Noccarcs products remain at the forefront of respiratory care technology. 9. Contribute to article and blogs on best clinical practices, device usage instructions, various manual and journals published by Noccarc. Job Requirements: 1. Education: Degree/Diploma in Respiratory Therapy or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience, preferably working with ventilators and other respiratory care devices. 3. Strong understanding of human physiology, mechanical ventilation, and respiratory care protocols. 4. Experience in clinical testing, validation, or product evaluation in a hospital or medical device setting is preferred. 5. Ability to analyze clinical data and provide actionable insights for product improvement. 6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with hospital staff, researchers, and engineers. 7. Willingness to travel for on-site testing, hospital collaborations, and validation studies.
