This dedication has fostered a strong community built on trust, propelling our growth and making us your trusted partner in achieving your real estate goals Job Role: Closing (Real Estate) Job  Title: Entry to Mid-Level Department: Sales Profile Summary: We seek an experienced Closing Manager who is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of residential real estate properties within a given region or market. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales targets are met. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and monitoring market trends to adapt to changing conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Execution:  Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.  Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.  Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.  Monitor local market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.  Coordinate post-closing tasks, including disbursement of funds, document recording, and final reporting. 2. Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.  Engage client negotiations, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from inquiry to deal closure.  Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle, from property showing to contract negotiations.  Monitor compliance with RERA applicable regulations.  Maintain meticulous records of all transactions for audits, dispute resolution, and legal purposes. 3. Market Analysis & Strategy Adjustments. Analyse the competitive landscape, property market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment in messaging, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Preferred candidate profile:  Confident with pleasant personality  Should be passionate towards sales.  Fluent English communication skills.  Capable of speaking English/ Hindi/Marathi.  Should have good understanding on the consumer behavior.  Aptitude in delivering effective presentations and all real estate calculations.  Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations (RERA).  Advanced knowledge of real estate software, CRM systems, and document management platforms to ensure data hygiene is maintained.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Willingness to travel across location  Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines under pressure.
