We are searching for an experienced IT Cloud Security Head to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing our Azure Security Administration, IT infrastructure and cloud-related security measures and compliances. Roles Responsibilities: Cloud (Azure) Security Administration Management Comprehensive Cloud Security: Develop and implement comprehensive cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard our organizations cloud infrastructure and data. Hybrid Environment Expertise: Possess strong experience with hybrid environments that encompass Data Center Operations, Cloud, and virtualization-based technologies such as Azure. Deployment Management: Responsible for Microsoft stack applications, CI/CD pipelines Technology Transformation: Drive technology transformation for our IT infrastructure, including Compute, Storage, and lead strategic initiatives in IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), AI/ML, and DevOps. Cloud Infrastructure Architect: Act as the architect of our cloud infrastructure, continuously identifying opportunities for technology platform consolidation, automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. Database Optimization: Collaborate with the DBA to ensure 100% uptime, work on query optimization, and performance tuning. IT Infra and Security Management Manage IT infrastructure activities: Lead and supervise the internal IT infrastructure, recommending changes whenever necessary. Risk Assessment and Response: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security weaknesses, followed by recommending appropriate countermeasures. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents promptly. Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery. Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, threats, and best practices in cloud security. Provide guidance to the IT team and management on security-related matters. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are seamlessly integrated into the development and deployment of our cloud-based applications and services. Security Training and Vendor Management: Conduct security awareness training and education programs for employees and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with security standards and contractual obligations. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present reports on the organizations cloud security posture to executive management. Monitor multi-cloud management and optimizations, internal application access and management, domains, SSL certificates, app stores, and their renewals. Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and manage SLAs. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 20+ years of relevant experience in the IT department covering dimensions- Azure, security Management Administration and Management internal IT infrastructure. Profound knowledge and experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., MS Azure) and associated security controls. Proven experience in developing and implementing cloud security strategies and policies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
