Position: Cloud & Virtualization Expert- VMware Location: Bhopal (On-site only) Experience: 12+ Years CTC Range: ₹8–10 LPA (Maximum 10–15% hike on current CTC) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We seek an experienced Cloud & VMware Specialist to manage and enhance enterprise virtualization and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in VMware infrastructure and hands-on exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage VMware-based virtual infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, vCenter) Monitor and optimize system performance and capacity Manage and support hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) Implement disaster recovery, backup solutions, and replication tools (e.g., SRM) Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams for automation and scaling Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies Required Skills: Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, vSAN, HA, DRS, vCenter Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms Proficiency in PowerCLI scripting and automation Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and storage (SAN/NAS) Familiarity with DR tools and performance tuning Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP) preferred Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage Important Notes: Only candidates willing to work on-site in Bhopal will be considered Profiles already available in the internal database will not be eligible Immediate joiners or short notice preferred Show more Show less
