Job Role: Cluster ManagerLocation: Pune, MaharashtraIndustry Preferred: Salon, Retail, Beauty and Wellness, Personal Care Summary:The Cluster Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple units within a defined geographical area. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, achieving financial targets, maintaining high service standards, and leading and developing a team of managers. 1)Revenue Planning and Forecasting:Develop annual and quarterly revenue targets for each unit within the cluster.Collaborate with senior management to align cluster revenue goals with overall company objectives.Utilize historical data and market analysis to create accurate revenue forecasts. 2)Budget Management:Prepare and manage the cluster’s budget, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures to maintain profitability.Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. 3) Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify key growth opportunities and market segments.Work with unit managers to tailor sales strategies to local market conditions. 4) Customer Service and Quality Assurance:Ensure high standards of customer service across all units.Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve service quality. 5).Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on operational and financial performance.Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Key Skills:Proven experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably within the relevant industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
