Job description Job Title: Cluster Manager Location: Coimbatore Experience: 7+ years Industry: Retail / Sales / Operations Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multi-store retail operations in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience across Coimbatore locations. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in retail management, sales strategy, and team development . Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across multiple stores. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion for the assigned cluster. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple stores. Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and supply chain coordination . Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and frontline sales teams. Set KPIs, monitor performance , and provide ongoing coaching to enhance productivity. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Handle recruitment, team development, and succession planning. Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality across all stores. Address customer feedback, grievances, and implement strategies for customer retention . Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in retail management, multi-store operations, or sales leadership . Strong understanding of P&L management, sales forecasting, and business development . Experience in team management, training, and leadership . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and retail analytics software .
