As a Cluster Manager, you ll oversee a team of on-ground managers to ensure the seamless execution of UI s after-school teaching programs across multiple cities. You ll champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth coaching managers, building sustainable communities, and scaling impactful programs. What You ll Be Doing Program Operations Manage and support city managers to implement teaching programs across multiple cities. Ensure compliance with SOPs and monitor performance metrics through dashboards and KPIs. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency. Drive student growth and ensure thriving volunteer communities in all cities. People Management Coach and mentor city managers, fostering professional and personal growth. Lead knowledge transfer sessions and training for your teams. Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback. Build a safe, motivated, and fun team environment aligned with UI s values. Collaboration Communication Act as the bridge between program executives and city managers. Collaborate with program teams to refine processes and enhance training. Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. Foster open communication and a culture of constructive feedback. Strategic Planning Execution Participate in annual and quarterly planning sessions. Develop and execute scaling strategies for high-potential cities. Align operational goals with organizational OKRs and spearhead special projects. Growth Mindset Build strategies to scale programs while maintaining quality. Drive innovation in program delivery and volunteer engagement. Commit to ongoing personal growth and nurture growth within your team. What We re Looking For Must-Haves 2+ years of experience in operations or project management. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and communication abilities. Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment. Nice to Haves Experience managing volunteer-driven programs or in distributed leadership roles. Background in education or community engagement. Skilled in knowledge transfer and team-building. A passion for social impact and alignment with UI s mission.
