Develop and Maintain SOPs : Create, review, and ensure the consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the cluster to drive operational efficiency and compliance. Monitor SLA Performance : Oversee daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, ensuring that all projects within the cluster consistently meet or exceed performance standards. Implement Inventory Control Best Practices : Establish and enforce effective inventory management practices across all warehousing projects to ensure accuracy, minimize loss, and optimize storage utilization. Collaborate with Operational Excellence Team : Partner closely with the head office's Operational Excellence team to implement industry best practices in the Sanand Cluster and continuously drive improvements. Ensure Budget Adherence : Strictly monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects stay within financial constraints while meeting objectives. Act as Customer Service Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for addressing and resolving customer service level issues or grievances, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive Technology Optimization : Evaluate and integrate the latest technological solutions to optimize warehouse operations, improve resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency. Implement Skill Matrix : Develop and implement a comprehensive skill matrix for all warehouse and store operations, identifying training needs and fostering continuous employee development. Manage KRAs and Performance : Establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) for all Project Incharges and direct reports, regularly reviewing and updating performance goals, and ensuring their timely monitoring and alignment with organizational objectives. Career Development and Succession Planning : Focus on career planning for Project Incharges, ensuring that development pathways are in place and actively working on building a strong second line of leadership within the projects.
