Sr Technical Staff Associate - Machinist Job Description: CNC Milling / Machining on CNC Machines with SIEMENS & Heidenhain Controllers Precision machining of components and sub- assemblies of close tolerances Knowledge of drawing reading ,cutting tools and parameters Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction. Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement Preparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE TPM and Housekeeping Employee will value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information and are determined to ensure that the right information is accessed by right individuals. Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information. Skilled required: Knowledge with all types of machining processes like Conventional Milling, Turning & CNC Milling.
