Job Description

1. Familiar with CNC Messer Plasma profile cutting machine and its controls. 2. Trouble shoot the machine related issues. 3. Setting up and operate CNC plasma profile cutting machine. 4. Change of oxygen Cylinder as a when required. 5. Loading and unloading of HR plate. 6. Read & understand the 2d profile drawings. 7. Selection of right HR plate (i.e. thickness and grade.) with respect to drawings. 8. Selection of cutting parameter with respect to plate thickness, consumable type & quality. 9. 1st piece inspection and getting approval from In-Process quality. 10. Ensuring productivity as per production plan. 11. Segregation of correct material and handover the profiles to next operation. 12. Production entry and intimation of rejection to concern supervisors. 13. Routine and breakdown maintenance shall be ensured. 14. Table and blade cleaning change shall be ensured. 15. Monthly stock taking of RM and semi-finished components. 16. Nesting program upload and verify the correctness. 17. Ensure all safety protocols during operation and handling of materials. 18.
