Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis machining centres using Delcam /Solid CAM/ Mastercam software. Create tool paths for various machine tools such as VMC, HMC, and CNC lathes. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate and efficient machining processes. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of aerospace and defense components. Conduct simulations and tests to validate CNC programs and ensure precision and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processes. Maintain and update CNC programming documentation and records. Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machining technologies. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Master Cam Programmer, particularly with 5-axis CNC programming. Expertise in aerospace and defense-related projects. Proficiency in Mastercam / Delcam/Solid cam software. Strong understanding of VMC, HMC, and CNC lathe operations. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
