Job Description

VMC Controller: Okuma OSP P300 (similar to Fanuc) - CNC Controller: Fanuc & Siemens - Insert/cutter change - Wear offset - Job & tool offset - Machine setting - Knowledge of tooling inserts & cutters - Parameters of tooling inserts & cutters - CNC & VMC programming - Software programming (currently using HyperMill) - 2D & 3D drawing/design knowledge - Ability to work in day/night shifts - Read drawings with GD&T tolerance - Use of measuring instruments: Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, comparator gauge, etc. - Must have prior experience working in a tool room environment. -HyperMill (preferred)
