Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Co-Founder & COO at Farmer's Daughter, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. As COO you will oversee daily operations, play a critical role in building and scaling our operations — from setting up micro processing units with farmers , to identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring efficient, values-aligned execution. You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer, quality teams, and field partners to turn vision into action. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across field units, supply chains, and distribution channels Lead the setup of micro processing units with rural producers/farmers Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Manage cross-functional teams with a focus on performance and purpose Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer on product rollout and customer delivery Ensure quality control, operational compliance, and scalability of systems Qualifications & Traits Proven experience in operations, agri-business, rural entrepreneurship, or FMCG Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work at both strategy and ground-execution levels Passion for social impact, rural development, and inclusive growth Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram with flexibility for field travel What You’ll Gain Co-founder equity and leadership role in a high-impact startup Opportunity to build systems that empower grassroots communities A front-row seat in shaping ethical, sustainable, and tech-enabled rural commerce Interested in co-creating a future where rural roots and modern business grow together?
