Job Description

1. Lead and manage a group of Project Managers and ensure successful delivery for a group of projects (within scope, schedule, and budget). 2. Manage a team of 40-50 consultants in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) 3. Oversee and coordinate IT and BPR projects, demonstrating proficiency in technology, business processes, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management. 4. Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. 6. Manage client relationship, escalations, communications 7. Work planning, prioritization, scheduling, communication, resource assignment, and travel 8. Process adherence for self and all team members (Organizational processes, templates, checklists, project plans, and others that gets applicable from time to time) 9. Perform cadence meetings, status/progress updates, inter-departmental Collaboration/ Coordination, conflict and issue resolutions 10. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and quality. 11. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of projects and the organization. 12. Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress. 13. Qualify business opportunities, participate in Presales process for validating Scope and providing estimates for effort and schedule, and writing/reviewing SOWs
