About the Role: This role focuses on enhancing partners' capability and capacity while supporting the RPO Practice Head and Marketing Head in achieving their business objectives. It plays a key role in transforming the recruitment function into a strategic, technology-driven, and data-led process that aligns with AOP goals. By leveraging automation and advanced analytics, the position aims to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience. Additionally, it is responsible for building a national sourcing capacity to ensure cost-effective and timely recruitment through multiple channels. Designation of Hire Centre Of Excellence Operations Manager Reports to: Practice Head - Recruitment Skills Required Sourcing & Resource Management, Channel Partner Management, Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization, ATS & HRIS Tools Management, Advanced Excel & MS Excel Eligibility Post Graduate/MBA in HR with at least 7 Years of experience, with preferred experience in Recruitment Operations, Certification on Six Sigma Competencies required Technology Integration: Ability to Identify and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies and automation tools to streamline hiring processes to reduce Per Hire Cost Sourcing: Ability to Partner Acquisition, Partner Induction, Partner Engagement, Partner Outcome Management, Campus Sourcing , Social Media Sourcing Job Board Sourcing, Candidate Referral Sourcing Ability to do Job Role based Fitment Assessment, Knowledge of HRIS, Strong analytical Managing Channel Partner, problem-solving skills, ability to think critically to find innovative solutions Nature of Work Salary HR Recruitment Operations Based on the experience and competency of the individual. Roles & Responsibilities • • • • • • Deliver Targeted Souring numbers of candidates from multiple channels Deliver targeted Sourcing Partner acquisition Capacity Drive automation of key sourcing processes Drive R&R and rating system for sourcing partners Support development of an assessment process for candidate preference for TMI Deliver targeted sourcing numbers, quality, and cost efficiency up to the Assessment & Evaluation (A&E) stage. • • Ensure achievement of targeted sourcing capacity, both through internal teams and external partners. Support the development and execution of a structured Partner Engagement Process. • • Identify, onboard, and optimize sourcing partners to meet business hiring goals. Support sourcing partners in developing their own capabilities and capacities for scalable recruitment solutions • • Monitor and optimize the average cost of sourcing to maintain budget efficiency. Conduct audit processes to ensure compliance with internal and external recruitment standards. • • Support Practice Head in achieving their business outcomes. Align recruitment sourcing strategies with overall business goals and workforce planning. • • Track and enhance sourcing partner performance and satisfaction levels.
