Role & responsibilities Secondary and tertiary cost reduction by devising structural initiatives Design/ conceptualize and execute identified projects in the areas of Cost/ Lead time and Service improvement Conceptualize digital initiatives and driving independently through strong liaison with field teams and central stakeholders Process management: Conduct benchmarking of standard processes across SCM in various industries Design and develop new processes for Exide supply chain operations Design measurements to assess impact of new processes/ adherence Improve logistics/ warehousing productivity by developing new processes Design, develop and monitor critical KPIs to measure supply chain performance Strong project management and program management skills Stakeholder management and ability to influence senior audience
