Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive user engagement for our SaaS product. Roles & Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation-Research and identify potential B2B clients who can benefit from our SaaS product.Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls to connect with decision-makers.Maintain and update an organized lead database for outreach tracking. Cold Outreach & Engagement-Initiate conversations with key stakeholders (CXOs, finance heads, and senior managers).Craft personalized pitches and messaging to generate interest in our SaaS product.Handle objections confidently and build rapport with potential clients. Lead Qualification & DiscoveryConduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges.Qualify leads based on their business pain points and potential fit for our solution.Schedule product demos for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Pipeline Management & Follow-UpsTrack and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups via email, calls, and LinkedIn.Work closely with the sales team to push prospects down the sales funnel.Maintain detailed records of conversations, meetings, and progress in CRM tools. About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Analyst who can analyze and process financial data. Data Processing & Transformation: Write logic to clean, transform, and enrich data. Develop logic to join datasets and perform complex calculations. Identify and classify correct and incorrect scenarios within data. 3. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, validate inconsistencies, and rectify errors. Collaborate with the development team to enhance data integrity and reliability. 4. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Create financial reconciliation models to improve data accuracy. Generate reports and MIS to support business decision-making. 5. Client Support & Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries related to data analysis and reconciliation. Understand client requirements and provide expert guidance on reconciliation solutions. 6. Continuous Learning & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Enhance skills through training and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Requirements: Strong logic-building and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, R, etc.). Familiarity with SQL is advantageous. Ability to test and validate logic before implementation. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills. The ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving business needs.
