Role & responsibilities The Collection Manager for Unsecured Personal and Business Loans is responsible for overseeing the collection process for overdue loans. The role involves managing a team of collection agents, developing and implementing collection strategies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The primary goal is to minimize loan defaults and recover outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relations.
