Your role involves contacting customers, persuading them politely to repay their debts, addressing inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams. Proficiency in two Indian languages, strong phone communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Computer knowledge and a willingness to learn about debt rules are a plus.
