Job Description

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Negotiation and persuasion skills, Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations, Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems, Ability to work independently and meet collection targets, As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for chasing outstanding debts, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving collection targets. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. Responsibilities Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts Negotiate payment plans and repayment schedules with customers Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent overdue debts Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections Provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts Qualifications Proven experience as a collections executive or similar role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations Proficient in using collection software and CRM systems Ability to work independently and meet collection targets Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and persuasion skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems Ability to work independently and meet collection targets Show more Show less
