Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Colour Grading & Post-Production Specialist to join our creative team. This role involves ensuring the highest visual quality for our promotional video materials through expert colour grading, mastering, subtitle placement, and quality control (QC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling, colour theory, and technical expertise in industry-standard software and workflows. Key Responsibilities Colour Grading & Enhancement Perform final colour grading to enhance visual aesthetics, ensuring consistency across all promotional materials. Match shots for colour continuity, mood, and tone, in alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision. Apply secondary corrections, skin tone balancing, and cinematic looks to enhance storytelling. Mastering & Exporting Deliver high-quality masters in multiple formats for digital, social media, and broadcast distribution. Optimize video exports to ensure the best balance of quality and file size for various platforms. Subtitles & Captions Accurately place subtitles and captions, ensuring proper timing, readability, and alignment. Export subtitle files in required formats (SRT, VTT, burnt-in, etc.). Quality Control (QC) Conduct final QC checks on all materials to ensure there are no artefacts, flickering, or technical issues. Identify and correct colour inconsistencies, frame drops, and compression artefacts. Ensure all videos meet broadcast and online distribution standards. Collaboration & Workflow Management Work closely with editors, directors, and producers to align colour grading with the projects creative intent. Maintain an organized post-production workflow, managing LUTs, project files, and backup processes. Requirements & Qualifications Proven Experience in Colour Grading: At least 2+ years working in colour grading and finishing for promotional videos, ads, or film projects. Proficiency in Industry-Standard Software: Expertise in DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Baselight. Strong Understanding of Colour Science: Experience with log workflows, LUT application, HDR/SDR mastering, and colour space management. Eye for Detail & Technical Accuracy: Ability to spot minor inconsistencies, fix skin tones, and balance scenes seamlessly. Subtitle & Captioning Knowledge: Experience in burnt-in subtitles, SRT file creation, and multi-language captioning. Quality Control & Delivery Standards: Understanding of broadcast specs, online platform requirements (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, etc.), and export codecs. Strong Communication & Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with editors, producers, and motion designers to achieve the best final output. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience in motion graphics, retouching, or VFX finishing. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for minor tweaks and refinements.
