We are hiring for the role of Commercial Executive at JLL!! Role & responsibilities In depth knowledge of GT scheme Claims and Damage claim procedures. Regular follow up with Sales team to ensure timely submission of claims with necessary documentation. Prompt resolution of Distributors claims in accordance with SOP Preparation of MIS report on Spend analysis and budget vs Actual Spent Analysis. Preparation of Claim tracker claim submitted by distributor and Amount approved by us along with deduction detail if any. Reply to audit queries and distributor queries regarding GT claims. Timely Settlement of Distributors Secondary/ External & Damage Claims as per SOP Sales promotion expense head wise Budget creation and tracking Checking of target of RD SD SS, Ols, Calculation of rewards Pay-out. Preparation of MIS report on Spend, Bud vs Actual Analysis and Reco for Scheme and sales promotion settled through Botree external claim module. Preparing monthly Provision for scheme and RDSM Maintaining trackers (RDSM, Claims, Special budgets, RD/SD/SS rewards, channel program outlet payment etc) Preferred candidate profile Should have good knowledge of Claim reimbursement process and overall Commercial function. Knowledge of MS excel and SAP. Ability to efficiently address and resolve queries from by export team and export distributors. Strong Knowledge and practical experience in advance MS office application.
