Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Optimize pricing strategies, contracts, and sales negotiations for profitability. Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports. Handle leasing portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy. Present sales reports to upper management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
