Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager Role: We are seeking a reliable, commercially minded and execution focused individual to take on a cross functional role spanning from Operational account management, owning Commercial governance and strategic initiative execution. The role is essential in strengthening financial accuracy, operational excellence and scalable growth. Ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, stakeholder management and experience in commercial operations. The role is designed to assist accounts allocated as an escalation point, hold strong financial controls and streamlined process around it. Key Responsibilities: Operations Account Management: Operational ownership of defined portfolio of small accounts/allocated portfolio Service continuity through review calls, day-to-day customer engagement and escalation point for issue resolution. Training sessions as required to improving product adoption and usage Own O2C process and commercial accountability: Ownership of O2C process Accountable for governance and accuracy of quotes being created for changes, site visits, decommissions and replacement orders Contribute to the development and implementation of quoting guidelines, approval workflows and ownership for actions to reduce delays, improve consistency and prevent revenue leakage Standardise & centralize cost and pricing framework for shipments, changes with service desk, product replacement Collaborate with Finance team to define and monitor the accountability metrics and audit mechanisms to track billing accuracy, profitability, and margins Work in conjunction with the Finance team to establish and manage the demarcation of operational deliveries from billed effort, enabling clearer identification of profit margins Promote operational discipline across the quote-to-cash lifecycle by embedding commercial controls that support scalability and financial integrity Ownership of Product billing sheet: (Shipped product inventory at client site) Own product inventory process for global customer base with responsibility for ensuring accurate stock attribution, full asset traceability and client billing alignment Lead the identification and resolution of product inventory discrepancies, including reconciliation of booked vs actual assets and recovery of missed billable items Address ongoing financial exposure linked to misattributed or untracked inventory, escalating prioritisation of inventory control and reporting within commercial and operational governance Execution of strategic initiatives: Drive cross-team accountability and performance tracking across initiatives Contribute to high-priority strategic initiatives Support Install partner coordination as needed on case-to-case basis Ownership of key initiatives around Clickup tool, and leading implementations for the initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven track record in operations, finance and project management Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue leakage Experience with project management platforms Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-starter, dependable, and outcomes-oriented Key Performance Indicators: Revenue recovered from change requests or scope adjustments Percentage increase in recovered inventory value billed to clients Margin improvement per project and per client (before and after involvement) Increase in average quote value where appropriate margins are applied Time taken from quote request to quote approval (target: reduced by 50 percent) Percentage of projects delivered without commercial escalations
