We are currently seeking passionate culinary professionals to join our growing kitchen team. Role Summary: As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks across various sections (tandoor, chinese, continental) Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations Ensure food is stored and prepared according to hygiene and safety regulations Follow instructions and recipes accurately to ensure consistent food quality Support daily operations during service times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvement Maintain kitchen equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs Requirements: Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or hotel management preferred 1–2 years of experience in a hotel/resort/restaurant kitchen (luxury hospitality is a plus) Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn Strong personal hygiene and understanding of food safety Immediate availability to join Willingness to relocate to Mansurpur, UP (on-site accommodation and meals provided)
