Job Description

Responsibilities : Prepare and cook Goan and Continental dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, supplies, and cleanliness. Maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations. Requirements : Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a similar setting. Expertise in Goan and Continental cuisine, with an ability to create traditional and modern dishes. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation practices. Preferred : Previous experience in a similar role in a reputable restaurant. Culinary degree or certifications (preferred but not required).
