We’re Hiring: Commis Chef for Food Content Creation Channel (Faceless) Location: Bengaluru| Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred Are you a passionate young chef with a creative streak and a love for experimentation? We’re looking for a Commis Chef to join our food content creation team and help bring exciting, unique, and drool-worthy dishes to life for our Instagram audience. What You’ll Be Doing: Conceptualizing and preparing new, innovative, and visually appealing recipes across Indian and global cuisines. Assisting in designing and documenting 70 curated dishes every month — including ingredients, measurements, and preparation methods. Managing prep work in advance of production days, ensuring all things are efficiently handled. Collaborating with the content production team to plate dishes in a visually striking manner for video. Assisting in kitchen organization, cleanliness, and inventory management. You Should Be Someone Who: Has 1–2 years of experience as a commis chef or in a relevant kitchen role. Loves food and understands the visual side of plating for the camera. Can work under tight timelines and handle bulk prepping (yes, 70 recipes/month!). Brings original ideas to the table — we want someone who’s not afraid to push culinary boundaries. Is excited about working in a fast-paced creative environment that blends food and media. Bonus Points If You: Have experience working on food videos or shoots. Are familiar with modern plating trends and presentation techniques. Have a basic understanding of food styling.
