Role Overview We are seeking a Communication Manager to oversee internal and external communication strategies, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice across various channels. This role requires a strategic communicator with expertise in content creation, public relations, and social media management to enhance brand presence and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal External Communication Develop and maintain the companys tone, messaging, and brand voice across online and offline platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication. Work cross-functionally with various departments to align messaging with company goals and initiatives. 2. Content Development Collaboration Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with company campaigns, product launches, and industry events. Craft engaging and persuasive sales copy tailored to B2B audiences and aligned with business objectives. 3. Social Media Community Engagement Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement across social media platforms. Monitor interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community to enhance brand awareness. 4. Public Relations Brand Visibility Develop press releases, newsletters, corporate announcements, and sales presentations. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to increase brand exposure and industry presence. 5. Marketing Sales Support Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content that drives organic traffic and supports lead generation. Create compelling sales presentations and promotional materials tailored for B2B audiences. Requirements Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication management within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven ability to execute both online and offline communication strategies, including the development of brochures and sales presentations. Strong expertise in B2B sales copywriting and content creation. Proficiency with content planning tools, social media management platforms, and design collaboration tools.
