Job Description

The Community Manager role at Exospace focuses on creating a and collaborative environment within the community. The position manages operations, builds and grows the community, cost management, event organization, client engagement, and training and development of facility teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery on time. Operations Management: Running the day-to-day operations of the workspace center, including managing revenue and P&L, and ensuring adherence to standard protocols. Community Building: Building and expanding the community by creating a collaborative environment, organizing events, and fostering hyper local alliances and partnerships. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery through maximum renewals, maintaining above-target CSAT scores, and fostering brand ambassadorship. Training and Development: Providing guided practice and coaching to subordinates and facility teams, while also focusing on personal development and readiness for future leadership roles. Vendor Management: Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay processes. Facilities Management: Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the center. Financial Management: Ensuring compliance with Challan, Invoices & Payment as per the process . Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, clients, and vendors.
