Community Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our fast-paced startup as a key member of the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the company's strategy, driving execution, and supporting the founders in achieving our ambitious goals. You will wear many hats, from strategic planning and resource management to project execution and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards goals. Develop and implement budgets and manage financial forecasting. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation. Manage the execution of high-priority projects from conception to completion. Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals. Provide administrative and executive support to the founders and leadership team. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials
