Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups. 2. Customer Support: Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns. 3. Lead Management and Follow-Up: Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users. Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty. 4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.Role & responsibilities
