We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance our advertising sales efforts and support our sales team in generating and nurturing high-quality leads through innovative marketing strategies.Role Summary:The Performance Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads for our advertising sales team. This role also includes supporting the sales team with LinkedIn outreach and engagement strategies, ensuring a consistent online presence, and driving measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Team Support on LinkedInOptimize LinkedIn profiles of sales team members to attract business owners.Develop and implement strategies to improve LinkedIn outreach and interaction with business owners.Create personalized LinkedIn message templates and nurture leads through automated follow-ups.Identify and target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.2. Content Creation and PostingDevelop and manage a content calendar to ensure regular, engaging posts on LinkedIn and other platforms.Craft visually appealing posts, success stories, and polls to drive engagement.Use tools like Canva and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) for consistent content delivery.3. Lead Generation and Campaign ManagementPlan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads.Design campaigns focused on local businesses in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality.4. Landing Page and Website OptimizationCreate and optimize landing pages to capture leads effectively.Work with the design and web development team to ensure seamless user experiences.5. Analytics and ReportingMonitor key performance metrics, including CTR, CPL, and ROI.Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for management and sales teams.Use tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights to refine strategies.6. Collaboration and TrainingCollaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.Provide training on LinkedIn best practices and lead nurturing techniques.7. Email & Whatsapp MarketingCreate content based on content topics that can be used for website blog and email marketing. Create an engaging emailer and run email marketing campaigns.Create a strategy to collect more emails and compile a mailing listCreate Whatsapp posts and share via third party messaging API (For eg.
