About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work on company incorporation (Private Limited, LLP, OPC, etc.) and registrations (PT, GST, IEC, MSME, etc.) 2. Work on annual returns (LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc.) 3. Maintain records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc.) 4. Manage work related to the sharing transfer, issue of shares, etc. 5. Engage in planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, debentures, iSAFE, etc. 6. Work on RBI compliance, FLA, FCGPR, etc. 7. Draft contracts and agreements 8. Strong attention to detail and good drafting skills for board resolutions, minutes, etc. 5.
