Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Proven experience in listed compliance, Merger and acquisition etc. · Prepare and manage documentation for board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions. · Maintain statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. · File necessary documents with regulatory bodies and manage company filings. · Serve as a liaison between the board of directors, management, and shareholders and other authorities(ROC, NSE, NCLT). · Should be good in drafting and vetting of legal documents. · Handle administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and updating company policies. · Provide advice on corporate governance, legal issues, and company policies. · Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the company adheres to new regulations. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. · Freshers can apply. Maximum 2 years of experience · Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (e.g., ICWAI, ICSI) preferred. · Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance. · Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. · Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with corporate governance software.
