Company Secretary - Listed organization - 20 + years - Gurugram About Company: A diversified multi-business conglomerate, includes premier companies operating in multiple areas, such as agri, engineering, lifestyle, real estate and infrastructure. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all company secretarial responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Board and shareholder meetings in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to SEBI and stock exchanges as per applicable laws. - Conducting Secretarial Audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. - Reviewing and drafting various agreements and legal documents. - Coordinating with external law firms and legal counsel as necessary. Requirements: - CS + LLB qualification preferred. - 20+ years of experience in company secretarial responsibilities. - Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, LLPs, Trusts, and Companies Acts. - Listed organization experience is mandatory *Immediate joiners preferred*
