Job Description

1. Working knowledge of SAP payroll Module, including codes 2. Working knowledge of applicable statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PTax, challans, accounts, payment of bonus act,mediclaim etc.) 3. Working knowledge of Insurance 4. Prepare reports for further submission. 4. Working knowledge of Statutory Audit, Yearly / Quarterly Audit (Internal/External) 5. Basic knowledge of Income Tax regulations and deductions 6. Knowledge of Gratuity/Superannuation and applicable provisions 7. Basic understanding of Analytics and statistics Very good in Excel
