Responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases of all joiners, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews. 4. Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks. 5. Strong understanding of all salary components as per statutory requirements 6. Strong knowledge of various applicable Labour laws 7.
