Job Description

Role & responsibilities Compensation & Salary Benchmarking: Develop and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with market trends. Conduct salary benchmarking using industry data (AON, Mercer, etc.) to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness . Manage job evaluations, pay band structures, and salary revisions to ensure fair pay practices . Oversee the annual salary review process , promotions, and merit-based salary adjustments. Benefits & Rewards Management: Design, evaluate, and enhance employee benefits programs (healthcare, wellness, retirement, etc.). Implement flexible benefits programs to maximize employee satisfaction and cost efficiency. Manage and track Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) and variable pay programs . Optimize incentive and bonus structures to drive employee performance and business objectives. Performance & Incentives Management: Align compensation strategies with Performance Management Systems (PMS) . Administer bonus and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with organizational performance metrics . Work with finance and business leaders to forecast and manage total rewards budgets. HR Analytics & Compliance: Analyze compensation trends, pay parity, and workforce cost projections . Ensure compliance with minimum wage regulations, labor laws, and taxation policies . Generate AOP-wise cost reports, budget forecasts, and cost-shift analyses for strategic decision-making. HR Tech & Process Optimization: Leverage HR technology platforms (Darwinbox, Workday, SAP, etc.) for automating payroll, benefits administration, and reporting . Continuously improve C&B processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
