Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Head to drive enterprise-wide compliance across legal, regulatory, HR, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate governance within the IT/tech sector and will ensure statutory adherence, risk control, and policy alignment. Key Responsibilities: Manage registration, renewal, and protection of company trademarks and intellectual property in coordination with legal counsel. Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, gratuity, and contract labor regulations; monitor alignment of internal HR policies with statutory requirements. Drive timely client payment follow-ups and maintain structured receivables tracking in coordination with Finance and Sales teams. Oversee issuance and management of statutory and project-related company certificates, licenses, and official documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Implement and monitor regulatory and internal compliance frameworks as per evolving business and project needs. Manage project-specific and employee insurance compliance, including renewals, coverage adequacy, and coordination with providers. Collaborate with Finance to prepare annual compliance budgets, forecast costs, and plan resource allocation. Work with HR and leadership to forecast recruitment needs in line with compliance obligations and business growth plans. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification. 7–10 years of progressive experience in compliance, corporate governance, or legal operations within the IT or tech-enabled services domain. In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory environments including labor laws, IP compliance, and sector-specific obligations. Demonstrated experience in client-facing financial coordination and regulatory documentation. Strong command over policy drafting, process standardization, and audit documentation.
