JD for Compliance Officer in KNP Group of Institutions: *Job Title:* Compliance Officer *Reports to:* [Designated Authority, e.g., Director or CEO] *Location:* Bhopal *Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and internal policies within KNP Group of Institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risks and maintain the institution's integrity. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Regulatory Compliance:* Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to educational institutions,Such as AICTE, PCI, INC, DCI, BCI, MPNRC, MPPMC, RGPV, BU, DTE MP, AFRC, AISHE Etc. 2. *Policy Development:* Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures. 3. *Risk Management:* Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks. 4. *Training and Awareness:* Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters. 5. *Audits and Investigations:* Conduct internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues. 6. *Reporting:* Prepare reports on compliance activities and submit to management. *Requirements:* 1. Master's degree in Engineering (M.Tech.) Pharmacy (M.Pharma) MBA. (PhD will be preferable) 2. Proven Experience in Compliance management, preferably in the education sector. 3.
