Job Description The candidate should have basic technical skills, familiarity with computer hardware/software, and the ability to support students and staff in a lab environment. Responsibilities Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals Ensure all lab equipment and software are functioning properly Support students and faculty during lab sessions Monitor lab usage and enforce rules and safety guidelines Maintain inventory and lab cleanliness -Install and update software as needed Coordinate with IT staff for advanced technical issues Skills Required Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience 1 2 years of experience in a similar role Qualification Diploma or Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
