Our mission is to empower organizations by designing, implementing, and managing workflows that leverage advanced technologies Role: Construction Estimator Location: Pune (On-site), Viman Nagar Shift Timing: 3 pm to 12 am Weekends - Off Paid Overtime Job Overview: We're looking for a skilled Construction Estimator with expertise in flooring, cabinet, and countertop take-offs. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with MeasureSquare, RFMS, or Planswift software and demonstrate strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of industry practices. Key Responsibilities: · Accurately perform takeoffs for flooring, cabinets, and countertops using MeasureSquare, RFMS, or Planswift software. · Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, site plans, and specifications. · Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of estimates. · Evaluate and validate project scopes to align with client requirements. · Maintain detailed and organized records of takeoffs, estimates, and related communications. · Good verbal communication skills – English Preferred Qualifications: · Up to 2 years of experience as an estimator in construction, flooring, or Cabinetry & Countertops · BE Civil Engineering -Degree or Diploma/ Architecture/ Interior Design – Degree or Diploma · Proficient in AutoCAD, Measure Square. (or any other Flooring software such as RFMS Measure, Planswift, etc) What we expect: · Solid understanding of materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. · Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
