About The Role We are looking for qualified consultants to join our team! As a Profit.co consultant , you will be responsible for helping our clients understand the basics of OKRs, coach them to write effective OKRs, advise them on their OKR implementation program , conduct workshops and 1:1 coaching on all aspects of OKRs and performance management. You will draw up detailed implementation programs including training workshops, coaching sessions, employee adoption and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of consulting experience in one or more of the following areas: Business transformation, Process consulting, Performance Management, Organization development, Change Management, Executive coaching, Digital transformation, Strategy, Balanced scorecard, Quality, Operations, Goal management & OKRs Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, the unique requirements of their industry verticals and competitive landscape Conduct OKR coaching sessions for the customers Contextualize OKR coaching materials with the relevant examples Coach customers on OKR best practices Help prioritize initiatives from Corporate Strategy Drawing up the OKRs and Performance management implementation and scale up plan, Coach customers on writing effective OKRs, ensuring alignment and defining the quarterly calendar Suggest programs for Improving employee adoption and overall employee engagement. Learn Profit.co consulting methodology and actively contribute to enhance the same Work at flexible hours to interact with employees and customers in EMEA & US East Coast Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a business consultant/coach in one or more of the following areas: Goal management & OKRs Business transformation Process consulting Performance Management Organization development Change Management Executive coaching Digital transformation Strategy Balanced Scorecard Quality Operations Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results Proven track record of effectively coaching senior management Experience in conducting workshops for managers & executives Strong Presentation and executive Coaching skills Excellent client communication skills Relationship-building Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team Candidates with Business presentation skills, Agile Project Management, Agile consultants or Agile Scrum are highly desirable Role & responsibilities
