Job Description

Shift timings- 2PM -11 PM Primary skills Security Defender , Sentinel, Purview (identity,Endpoint etc.) Intune & SCCM Good to have- Microsoft Copilot Knowledge around Microsoft funded CSI or MCI security engagements Secondary skills Azure Infrastructure, Office 365 collab workloads Good to have Delivery experience of Microsoft funded CSI or MCI security engagements (Data Security, Modern Security Operations or Threat Protection) experience. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in deployment activities or training sessions in Data Security, Governance, or other relevant Microsoft technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills. Proficiency in English, as the team operates in the EMEA region. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities : Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose relevant workshops according to their specific requirements, industry demands, as well as their current level of adoption and understanding. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the funding programs. This includes understanding the entry requirements for each workshop and staying informed about the ongoing changes to the deliverables. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies, industry trends and have a clear understanding of the roadmap and upcoming feature updates. Demonstrate strong objection handling skills, particularly for Copilot, to address clients' concerns and misconceptions, and persuasively advocate for Insight's proposed approach. Develop a strategic mindset by understanding the client's overall roadmap and identify how different workshops can support their long-term goals. This involves being curious about why the customer wants to pursue a particular workshop and how it can lead to further opportunities. Communicate effectively across different levels, with both technical personnel and executives.
