We are working on a client project that is cost optimization . We are looking for external worker that can be onboarded. Duration of staffing: 3-6 months Location : Bangalore Program duration: 10 months Objective & Key deliverables of the program Objectives: 80-10 Cr cost optimization from plant indirect, manpower optimization and COGS benchmarking for formulation products Deliverables Cost optimization in plant operations (Utilities, QC Consumable, Spares, Services, IT , Admin, Logistics (inbound & outbound)) by procurement & consumption levers Reduction in COGS for formulation products via following levers API cost reduction by process improvement or procurement changes Excipient cost reduction via AVD, composition change Packaging cost by design changes Yield improvement Conversion cost improvement Manpower optimization through spans & layers and on-ground people (operators & Analyst)
