Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Integrated Insights Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality insights to support business decisions, play a pivotal role in client delivery and thought leadership. Strong collaboration with global clients is essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a team of offshore analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality integrated insights derived from market research, competitive intelligence, and real-world evidence (such as claims data, EMR, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships within the clients organization. Translate data into clear, concise, and compelling visuals and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Cross reference insights across projects and create a comprehensive story generated by insights. Proactively identify new opportunities for Chryselys to engage with client. Quality check reports and summaries for both accuracy and relevancy. Effectively manage account. Manage and prioritize workload for the analytics team, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Present findings and recommendations to client and their stakeholders. Ensure team follows and adheres to Chryselys and client compliance policies. What You Bring: Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry. Skills: Hands on analytics experience with SQL/ R / SAS / Python, etc as well an understanding of analytics inputs from health care data such as ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, HCPCS, CPT. Experience in Pharma data such as Xponent, LAAD, EMR, etc. Strong analytical skills with expertise in: commercial analytics, Strong business acumen, Strong project management skills, primary market research. Provide thought leadership to clients. Recommend business solutions that drive better data driven decisions. Co-create integrated insights and analytics strategy with client. Recommend ways to leveraging clients existing assets to generate actionable insights. Be a strategic partner to Chryselys clients. Identify opportunities to deliver impactful solutions to client. Preferred Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: Masters/ bachelor s degree in Life Sciences. MBA from reputed institutes.
