We currently have an opening for a Consultant role at our Bangalore office within Innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Development and optimization of OpenAI-powered solutions, leveraging Python and prompt engineering to enhance capabilities Lead and manage projects independently through SDLC cycle Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet/ exceed expectations in scope, speed, and quality Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and innovation through new ideas and implementation strategies Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI field to apply and integrate learnings and innovations into our solutions ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES Expertise in Python and/or SQL to analyze and manipulate data, automate tasks, and create impactful visualizations Application Development based understanding of AI Agent development, Embeddings, LLMs, MCP etc would be preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data presentation skills Experience working with diverse datasets, including structured and unstructured data Strong analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives Basic understanding of project management principles, including requirement gathering, project lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and resource management Consultative approach, leveraging diverse perspectives and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of relevant coding experience with graduation/ post-graduation in IT/ CS domain SALARY & OTHER DETAILS Salary including benefits will be based on prior experience & qualifications and will match industry standards
