Doing detailed PT evaluation, making specific goals and treatment plan for the patient. Therapist should be knowledgeable and skilled. Should be having work experience from 2 to 5 years. Should be adaptable and following ethics of PT practice. Should be ready to learn and share new skills and Should be growth oriented. Should be having or wants to develop leadership skills.
