Consultant - Salesforce Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience and expertise in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should possess advanced skills in Apex, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and robust solutions within the Salesforce platform. Develop custom solutions using Apex, Salesforce CLM, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet complex business Needs. Architect and implement integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless flow of information. Customize Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud and Experience Cloud to optimize user experience and streamline sales processes. Configure and optimize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to support sales operations and automate quoting processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them on best practices in Salesforce development and customizations. Perform code reviews, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Salesforce applications. Stay updated with current Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies, and assess their relevance to our business needs. Must Have: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified PD-1, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs Extensive experience in customizing Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ to meet specific business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Completed at least 2-3 Salesforce end to end implementations. Good to Have : Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (preferred) Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.
